This knife is forged following the Japanese artisanal tradition and is of the highest quality. Made of carbon steel X50CrMoV15, it undergoes 50 manufacturing steps. Its traditional handle is made of wood, and each knife is individually packaged in a PET blister. Limited edition, specially made for Hendi.
