The sous vide cooker's water bath tank is double-walled and insulated with ABS plastic. The stainless steel electric heating element (650 W) is protected by a steel grid at the bottom.

Electronic temperature control from 32° to 90° (precision + 0.5°).

You have a programmable timer with a delay of up to 9 hours and continuous operation for up to 72 hours.
