This Sous Vide Cooker - GN 1/1 is a device designed for sous-vide cooking at the right temperature: a cooking method carried out in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag with a precisely controlled temperature.

Ideal for restaurants with an à la carte menu. Very suitable for preparation outside of peak hours. Consistent high-quality cooking results. Equipped with an adjustable thermostat with high precision (to within 0.1°C) from 35°C to 90°C.
