G Series Refrigerated Salad Counter - 368L

The Polar G Series salad counter is compact and ideal for quick access to fresh ingredients. One part of the lid lifts up, the other slides to access the extremely versatile gastronorm space that can accommodate different sizes of GN pans (pans not included).

Comes with 3 adjustable shelves and 3 floor protectors for easy storage. Polar G Series refrigerated furniture is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With solid commercial construction and robust compressors, choose G Series refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that you need to open frequently. The Polar G Series range excels in ambient temperature conditions up to 32°C.

Each establishment is different and has different requirements. That's why GN pans are available separately so you can choose the configuration that would best suit your needs. A typical configuration would be 8 stainless steel GN 1/4 pans - see spare parts and accessories for suitable pans. The 1370x135 mm cutting board can be removed for cleaning if necessary.
