This Manual Pasta Machine is ideal for preparing fresh pasta (maximum width: 140 mm). Adjustable thickness in 7 steps from 0.2 to 2.5 mm. Lid equipped with a safety switch.

Three rollers/knives in aluminum alloy: pasta roller, tagliatelle knife (6.25 mm), and fettuccine knife (2 mm). Designed to be fixed on a table, manual operation with crank.
