Genoise Knife Colour Prof - Blade 25 cm

This Arcos genoise knife will delight pastry chefs and other professionals. This genoise knife belongs to the Colour Prof range, which has a bi-injection system. The core is made of POM, resistant to water and high temperatures, and a second one in elastomer, for a unique cutting comfort. The elastomer provides flexibility to the handle, making it non-slip and significantly improving its ergonomics.

It has color dots that indicate the type of food the knife is intended for (HACCP standards). This type of distinction is possible thanks to polypropylene caps of different colors allowing for comprehensive hygienic-sanitary control, in accordance with European health standards in the context of food control.
