If you need to cook your preparations before service, or if you simply want to extend the shelf life of fresh food, the Buffalo stainless steel vacuum sealer is the ideal appliance. Designed for performance, reliability, and ease of use, this machine quickly removes air from embossed vacuum bags and seals them so you can refrigerate, freeze, microwave, or heat the contents in a water bath.

The machine can also be used as an independent sealer. Not suitable for liquids.
Note: to be used only with embossed vacuum bags, such as Vogue embossed vacuum bags and rolls.
