This Santoku Knife features a 16.5 cm Blade made of X50CrMoV15 steel. It has a wooden handle and a 2 mm thick blade that is 165 mm long. The total length of this traditional Japanese knife is 295 mm.

This knife is forged following the Japanese artisanal tradition and is of the highest quality. Made of X50CrMoV15 carbon steel, it undergoes 50 manufacturing steps. Its traditional handle is made of wood, and each knife is individually packaged in a PET blister. Limited edition, specially made for Hendi.
