Ideal for catering professionals, this 1-Chamber Pizza Oven with cooking stone offers a temperature range of up to 300°C. The cooking compartment dimensions are L 680 x W 420 x H 160 mm and the entry height is approximately 140 mm.

It has a separate heating element adjustable from the top and bottom with a power of 2400 watts. An external steam box with a power of 1500 watts.
