This professional fryer is equipped with a stainless steel lid, the control panel, the housing, and the lid are also made of stainless steel.


The tanks have a capacity of 8 liters each, delivered with an appropriate basket, and are removable for easy maintenance.


The electric fryer has a safety thermostat for overheat protection.

This electric fryer has a cold zone, which allows you to maintain better quality oil for longer because the food falling to the bottom of the tank does not burn and therefore does not damage your oil.
