This Convection Manual Oven is equipped with a humidifier. Choose this oven if you want to create delicious recipes, such as crispy vegetables, tasty meats and poultry, or perfectly steamed fish. The exterior structure and oven chamber are made of high-quality stainless steel. The chamber is equipped with a drainage pipe at the bottom.
The powerful fan with 6 blades and an automatic switch can operate at 2 speeds (1400/2800 rpm), allowing for ideal air distribution in the chamber and avoiding turbulence. The fan motor is equipped with 2 ball bearings and has a power of 250 W.
The timer can be set up to 120 minutes and the temperature up to 260 °C. The door is equipped with a separate double glazing with a space for gravity ventilation, allowing the outer glass to be touched. The outer glass is removable for easy cleaning. The door seal is recessed into the chamber and removable for easy cleaning and replacement.
Chamber capacity: 4 trays (450 x 340 mm), spacing between trays: 75 mm. Supplied with 4 aluminum trays (450 x 340 mm).
Manual control panel: 2 buttons for temperature and time.
