Professional Convection Oven AT211-MDI

This Professional Convection Oven made of stainless steel is sturdy. It is suitable for GN 1/1 size trays.

It has 2 motors, 1 speed level, 1 cooking program, and 1 cooking phase. Its temperature range is from 50°C to 300°C, with the ventilated air function. The temperature is electronically adjustable in intervals of 1°C. It only takes 12 minutes of heating time to reach 150°C. This oven is equipped with a timer that can be set up to 120 minutes and a thermostat.

With its 4 levels spaced 70 mm apart, it can accommodate many dishes. The interior is illuminated, and there is a light indicator for on/off control.

Comes with 1 grid and 1 GN container.
