Maintaining your percolator:

In order to use your professional coffee percolator for a very long time, simply follow a few very simple rules:
Do not let it heat up dry to avoid damaging the heating element.
This device has an anti-heating protection system: if it activates, simply press the RESET button located under the device to allow the percolator to restart.

Clean your percolator after each use to remove any dried coffee residue
Use a suitable descaler regularly to prevent any limescale buildup.
