	Serve a creamy hot chocolate kept at the ideal temperature throughout the service: this 3 L chocolate maker continuously mixes and dispenses by the glass thanks to its front tap, with a removable drip tray for a clean service station. The visible rotary stirring system in the tank continuously homogenizes the chocolate and prevents it from sticking or setting.
Capacity suitable for continuous service: the transparent 3 L tank allows you to monitor the preparation level at a glance and serve without interruption during peak hours.
	Heating and controlled temperature: with 1200 W under 220 V, the device heats up and maintains the temperature via the adjustable thermostat from 0 to 90 °C. You adjust the consistency and serving temperature according to the recipe, from thick chocolate to milky drink.
Simple and hygienic service: the lever tap delivers the dose directly into the cup, while the drip tray catches drips. The controls are limited to a rotary thermostat and a light switch: immediate handling by the entire team.
Robust and compact construction: body in titanium, easy-to-clean silver / stainless steel finish suitable for HORECA environments. With 265 x 215 x 414 mm, a tank diameter of 200 mm and only 3 kg, it fits on a coffee counter, tea room, bakery, or event stand.
