The cutting thickness is adjustable from 1 to 4 mm.

This Vegetable Cutter comes with 3 julienne blades: 1 - 2 mm (angel hair), 4 mm (spaghetti), 7 mm, and 10 mm as accessories.

The 1 mm comb is mounted on the device, and the 2 mm and 4 mm combs are in the box.

It is dishwasher safe.
