Saladette - 2 Doors

Saladette with 2 ventilated doors can be used for preparing 2 GN 1/1 trays, 3 GN 1/6 trays and for GN trays with a depth of 150 mm.

The saladette is made of stainless steel. The worktop is made of polyethylene. It can store up to 260 liters.

With evaporator cast in foam, defrost water evaporator, and electronic controls.

GN containers are not provided.
