This Professional Pizza Oven ST350 TR from the brand Bartscher is designed for the cooking of frozen or fresh pizzas and tarte flambées.

Compact and efficient, it offers a power of 1750 W with a short heating time as it reaches temperature in just 10 minutes. Equipped with an adjustable thermostat, its temperature range varies between 50°C and 300°C.

This oven has a pizza grid L 340 x D 335 x H 5 mm which allows to cook 1 pizza with a diameter of 34 cm in the cooking chamber. Furthermore, it has a heat circulation function which is diffused by the dome and the sole.

Entirely made of stainless steel, its integrated grid is connected to the handle and the door to easily remove your pizzas from the oven. Moreover, it has a removable crumb tray that facilitates maintenance and improves hygiene.
