Aluminum Cast Iron Saute Pan - 28 cm

This Aluminum Cast Iron Saute Pan is 28 cm in diameter. Made of aluminum cast iron, it is suitable for all heat sources except induction and can be used in the oven (up to 250 °C). Dimensions: ø 280 x (h) 85 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to be quickly used for cooking. In addition to its 18/10 stainless steel handle, which is guaranteed for low temperature, it is equipped with a Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating that is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250 °C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process extends the life of the pan and enhances resistance to scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
