This Aluminum Cast Iron Pan has a diameter of 36 cm. It is compatible with all heat sources EXCEPT INDUCTION. Dimensions: ø 360 x (h) 55 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to be used quickly for cooking. With its 18/10 stainless steel handle, guaranteed low temperature, its Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250 °C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process extends the life of the pan and reinforces resistance against scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
