This Series 7 Office Knife is characterized by a base made of hardened stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness rating of 60°, offering excellent long-lasting cutting quality. Two layers of Damascus steel cover the base to protect it against corrosion.

The ergonomic micarta handle offers excellent grip. Please note: this knife is not dishwasher safe. Ideal for restaurant professionals.
