Made of 18/10 stainless steel and plastic, this mandoline comes with 5 interchangeable plastic inserts, dishwasher safe:

• 3 inserts for slices, thicknesses: 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.5 mm
• 2 inserts for grating/julienne, thicknesses: 3.5 mm and 7 mm
  

Plastic hopper and plastic support frame for 4 inserts. Its feet are non-slip.
