Oven and Accessories Stripper Spray - 600 ml

This Oven and Accessories Stripper Spray of 600 ml is ideal for professionals in the catering industry. Effective, it dissolves cooked and carbonized fats. Moreover, it rinses off easily and does not contain any soda or potash. This stripping product can be used on both warm and cold surfaces. It is an active foam that loosens and dissolves cooked and carbonized fats.

Furthermore, it allows for easy and risk-free cleaning of the inner walls of ovens as well as the glass doors of ovens. It can also be used on barbecues, rotisseries, grills, accessories, or even the bottoms of pots. Finally, it leaves a pleasant lemon scent after use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Shake well before use. On a cold surface or oven: Spray vertically and evenly a thin layer at about 20 cm from the surface. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with a damp sponge. For very dirty surfaces, repeat the operation if necessary. On a warm surface: Preheat for 2 to 3 minutes at 60 °C. Turn off the oven. Spray vertically and evenly a thin layer at about 20 cm from the surface. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with a damp sponge. For very dirty surfaces, repeat the operation if necessary. If this product is stored in a very cold area, it is preferable to temper it in hot water or let it warm up in a temperate room so that the diffusion is optimal.
