This Cooling Cell is used to cool or freeze prepared dishes.

Cooling: from 70 °C to 3 °C (90 min), from 70°C to -18°C (240 min) or in a programmed time (without indicating a temperature goal).

Exterior and interior chamber made of high-quality stainless steel. Interior chamber designed with rounded corners for easy cleaning.

Cooling/freezing system with forced ventilation and automatic defrosting, the compressor is located under the chamber. 60 mm polyurethane insulation. Removable top cover.
Door with automatic closure with magnetic seal.
Control panel and digital screen. Probe included.
Equipped with 4 adjustable stainless steel feet.
