R 301 Combined Cutter & Vegetable Cutter

	Cover easy to position on the bowl for simple and quick use. Mechano-magnetic safety system and motor brake causing the knife to stop as soon as the cover is opened.
	Smooth knife as standard with removable cap.
	Optionally, serrated knife for grinding and kneading and the serrated knife, recommended for cutting parsley.
	Pulse control for better cutting precision.
	Model equipped with a handle for better comfort.
	The vegetable cutting accessory, common to models R301 and R301 Ultra, consists of a vegetable cutting bowl and a cover. The bowl and cover are removable.
	Large chute (surface 104 cm2) allowing the cutting of vegetables such as cabbage, celery, lettuce, tomatoes.
	Cylindrical chute (ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables, ensuring remarkable cutting precision.
	Complete range of stainless steel discs available for all your fruit and vegetable cuts: slices, wavy cuts, sticks, and grated.

This combined cutter and vegetable cutter allows you to save a lot of time while achieving a perfect result. Its extra-large chute offers the possibility to load up to six tomatoes at once while the cylindrical chute achieves a uniform cut of all long and fragile vegetables.

Automatic restart of the machine by the lever for better work comfort and speed of execution.

This professional vegetable cutter Robot Coupe comes with 4 discs: 1 slicer 2 mm, 1 slicer 4 mm, 1 grater 2 mm, and a 2 x 2 stick and also has a smooth knife.

Furthermore, 23 compatible disc models allow you to vary the preparations and you can optionally order the Coulis function kitchen kit, or the Citrus Press function kitchen kit for maximum versatility!
