This classic Tsuki chopper features a core of hardened Japanese VG-10 stainless steel up to 60° Rockwell, providing excellent cutting performance for longer.

Two layers of very attractive Damascus steel cover the core to protect it from corrosion, ensuring long-term durability. With a beautiful polished stainless steel handle, this Japanese-style chopper is both visually striking and sharp.
