The professional cutlery range COLOUR PROF benefits from a manufacturing process at the handle level called double injection: a first of plastic (POM) which constitutes the hard core of the handle, followed by a second injection of elastomer.

The elastomer provides a pleasant grip as well as better control and safety thanks to its non-slip properties. This professional knife therefore has a particularly ergonomic handle, allowing you to precisely slice your meats. The blade is also a strong point of the piece: it is made of Nitrum stainless steel, developed exclusively by the brand.
