Round Springform Pan - Ø 240 mm

Ideal for catering professionals or demanding individuals, this Round Springform Pan has a diameter of 240 mm and a height of 50 mm. Made of steel with a two-layer non-stick coating, it is suitable for baking cakes, genoise cakes, bavarois, cheesecakes, or biscuits. Sturdy and easy to use, it can withstand a maximum temperature of 250 °C.

Thanks to its non-stick coating, you can easily unmold your preparations, all without adding any fat beforehand.
