Profi Line Vegetable Cutter

Ideal for catering professionals, this Vegetable Cutter from the Profi Line range allows you to easily cut large quantities of vegetables. It comes with 5 blades that allow you to make various types of cuts. It includes two slicing discs of 2 and 4 mm thickness and 3 grating discs of 3, 5, and 7 mm. With dimensions of L 540 x W 240 x H 450 mm, it operates at a speed of 295 rotations per minute.

Constructed in aluminum, this professional vegetable cutter is robust and reliable. It has a large opening with a lever for inserting large pieces and a small opening for smaller vegetables. Additionally, it features two safety systems: a cover secured by screws and an electromagnetic sensor that detects the opening of the cover and automatically stops the device.
